We manage the upkeep, any small maintenance issues, and keep the garden in a tidy state.
We do the hard work so you don’t have to. The paperwork, the tenant checks, renewing certificates, drawing up contracts & much more.
We will cover any minor maintenance issues & pay for fortnightly cleaning of communal areas & gardening.
We offer guaranteed rent to HMO Landlords, ensuring total peace of mind.
We work with you to help refurbish, update & upgrade your property. In some cases we will pay for the refurbishment within reason, or we would oversee any work you have instructed.
No need to worry about high utility bills & tenants leaving the boiler on! We will take control of this & pay all of the utility bills.

My name is Helen Evans & I am the founder of Harper HMO.
Having rented myself for many years, I've experienced the frustration of waiting around for the tenant to contact the agent, for the agent to contact the landlord just to get a simple maintenance issue fixed. I've also been a property owner, so I can empathise with both sides.
We have managed multiple properties over the last 10 years, both houses and flats.
